NOIZ is bringing a platform where consumers are in absolutely control of who has access to their personal data and are being rewarded if eventually they decide to let them have access using a permission-based blockchain.
Publishers will have unrestricted access to validated audience data using NOIZ web traffic filtration system. Also transactions are clear and open over the blockchain, giving considerable lucidity to publishers in regards to ad spend on publisher sites.
